How’s it going? Has the first week of 2019 been all you thought it would be?

As entrepreneurs go, I have heard too many horror stories of well-intentioned experts, coaches, and business owners who invested hundreds of hours, thousands of dollars, and ended up hyper-elevated with their stress levels to the point of almost reaching burn out. Does this sound like you? Someone you know?

If yes, then keep reading.

We are still at the beginning of the New Year and we have 51 weeks left to kick our bad habits to the curb and instill easy healthy ones!

If you aren’t sure what your bad habit is or how to kick it to the curb, keep reading.

I have been listening to podcasts and reading articles and they all say that 2019 holds the potential and the promise to be one of the best years ever.

With that in mind, it’s important to have the right mindset. I have 4 vibrational tools I use to have the right mindset. I have already tested these out on moi, and hundreds of others and the stats are in… these tools work!

I will be sharing them over the next few weeks because it’s important for you know them. More importantly, it’s important for you to know how to use them to welcome the new version of yourself into 2019.

It may sound silly or contrite, but if you are not having results this first week of the new year that you anticipated… then keep reading.

There is one thing I know for sure, the only constant is change. You are constantly changing and so is everything around you.

Let me ask you a question: Why are you continuing to do “you” the same way, and yet you expect a different outcome?

Isn’t that kind of silly? We have to laugh at ourselves sometimes. It’s actually a great way to shift your brain waves and perspective so the possibility of a new way or solution can emerge.

Here is a vibrational tool I want to introduce you to. Maybe you have heard of it before, but the real question is… are you using it?

If not, then why are you expecting things to be better, easier, and in the flow?

Breath.

Our breath connects our outer world into our inner world, literally. So, take a few minutes to stop what you are doing, and be present with your breath.

Breathe deep through your nose expanding your belly out as you inhale. Hold it for a 7 seconds. Then exhale through your mouth and pull your belly to your spine.

Do this for 3 rounds.

This type of breathing will increase the oxygen in your blood, dilate your blood vessels and calm down your nervous system. The benefit of this vibrational tool is to achieve a clear head which leads to you receiving a solution to whatever caused you to be stressed out.

Your task now is to DO this breathing daily. On some days, you may feel the need to do it more often. Go ahead! The more the merrier!

Seriously, get in the habit of implementing this one tiny action step of doing “you” differently so you will feel a different result.

Have a great week and let me know how you are doing by connecting with me on Facebook. I would love to hear from you!
