We are in the last week of 2018 and what an abundant, amazing year it has been. I highly encourage you to take some time and reflect where your year took you so you can then plan your year for 2019.

For me, there was lots of travel for the business and for personal and it was filled with fun, connection, and gratitude.

Let me share how my year went.

I was going to show you pictures (since I love visuals). As I was going through the months, it dawned on me:

Every month I did something for my business; either spoke at an event or attended an event for training AND I also did something for self care. I did something fun for me!!!

WOW… this was an intention I set at the beginning of 2018 and totally forgot about it. Some call it balance, the whole work/life thing, but I don’t. Balance belongs on a scale. For me it’s about living my FULL LIFE.

This was a HUGE ah-ha for me!!!

So, during these long dark nights before the new year comes, I want to invite you to take some time and go through pictures and your calendar and reflect on your year.

Did you have fun? Was it filled with laughter and family and friends? Did you spend time with yourself doing self care: getting a massage, going for walks, reading a book, napping, meditating, journaling, pondering, dreaming, whatever self care is for you.

If the answer to most of those questions is a sad no, I invite you to make the change in 2019 to do it different.

Set some goals.

Don’t set New Year’s Resolutions. They only set you up to fail.

I don’t do resolutions….I do solutions!

Set some goals. Do small action steps to make that goal a reality. Life is not a race, it’s a stroll through the time and space continuum and you are suppose to take it all in. You know, look around, ooohhhhh and aaww at the wonder of it all.

Here are a few I can think of to get you started.

  1. Create a manifesting masterpiece. It’s kinda like a vision board but amped up to really connect your vibration to the frequency of what you want to attract.
  2. Map out a First Quarter plan, also known as a 90 day plan.
  3. Get it on the calendar. Whatever you didn’t get done in 2018 and still want to do. Studies have shown that if you don’t get it on the calendar, you most likely won’t do it.
  4. Meditate daily
  5. Start a gratitude journal to write in at the end of every day. Write something that happened in your day that you are thankful for. It can be as simple as someone smiled at you.

If the voice in your head is saying ” I don’t know how”, then I invite you to reach out to me and let’s get you some answers. The only constant is change. If you want a different result, you have to come at it from a different perspective, have a different strategy and most importantly, have someone who will hold you accountable in a way that supports you, not ridicules you.

Please feel free to comment below and share with me what you want to change.

So you lovely vibrational soul out there reading this, I want to thank you from the deep depths of my soul for just be-ing you and shining your amazing light into our world. Just knowing you are out there, makes my world a better place.

I look forward to running into you and getting a great big hug from you when me meet. Happy New Year to you and your family and I can’t wait to see what amazing things you will manifest in 2019.
